The VanderMerwe & Robertson Group joined forces with Visual International Holdings Ltd., to establish The Visual Property Club with the primary focus of facilitating the sales process of properties to high net worth individuals in terms of Section 13 of the SA Income Tax Act 58 of 1962, as amended. The concept is registered at the Patent Office under RSA patent number 2012/03640. The directors of VanderMerwe & Robertson Inc. own 50% of the shares.
In addition we have a large backroom staff component including senior and junior associates, financial managers and administrative staff.
VanderMerwe & Robertson is actively involved in the communities in which it serves. It is sole sponsor of the Durbanville Athletics Club and has recently been honoured with the Durbanville Business Chamber’s Business of the Year Award 2015/2016 in the medium size business category.
On 29 May 2015 a Gala Dinner was held in aid of charity (more specifically – a safe house for woman and children in the Northern Suburbs known asHuis Jabes) at Eensgezind Estate, Durbanville. Durbanville Business announced their business leaders during the same function.
Van der Merwe & Robertson Group were awarded Business Leader for the year for Medium size Businesses.
