Faaizah obtained her LLB degree from the University of Witwatersrand, for which she received a dean’s list award for the top 10% achievers for the years 2012,2013 and 2014. Faaizah completed her articles in 2018 and was admitted as an attorney in the Cape Town High Court. During her articles she was exposed to insurance litigation. Faaizah then pursued a career in conveyancing, this resulted in her finding her niche in conveyancing and she was subsequently admitted as a Conveyancer in the year 2019. She is now appointed as a director of VanderMerwe Robertson and heads the mortgage bond cancellation department. Faaizah is skilled in sectional title and conventional transfers, deceased estate property transfers, mortgage bond registrations and cancellations and has been exposed to registering a development. She also drafts Antenuptial Contracts and Shariah Compliant Wills.
